Burning pain on the back shoulder blade

Hi Doctor I am experiencing Burning pain on my left shoulder blade(back) while walking or doing physical activity from past 1 week. The pain is on the same spot, like 2inch x 2 inch area 1 month before it was only crazy itching on the same spot. Last year also I experienced the same but it was for 2-3 days and was mild, like once or twice a day burning pain/itching.
