Asked for Male, 19 Years

I had an injury on my nose a week before and I applied Dettol antiseptic on it. It has burnt my skin accompanied with redness of the skin over a specific area. I am applying an ointment for this as suggested by the doctor. Will these leave a permanent mark or can this be completely cured within a month?
