You need to show it to a dentist before it increases in size. Can be due to multiple reasons.can be without reason doo. Idiopathic.or due to a filling. Or maybe due to any habits like tobacco chewing.As of now. Avoid anything spicy and extremely hot food.
Metrogyl wont help for the white patch.
Apply kenacort gel thrice a day after meals and do not drink or eat anything for half an hour after applying the gel. And continue with your multivitamin tablet.
