Burning in bladder

Burning in bladder

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I was diagnosed with UTI , and was prescribed with medicine after urine culture report now today is 6 th day of my course but still the burning is felt in abdomen and more in bladder region , pelvic pain and left and right waist pain, What can be the issue , I took 6 day medicine but not much improvement

The course is generally for 7-14 days min, if the bacteria is drug sensitive as per the culture report then the symptoms should subside gradually The waist pain might be because the infection has spread to kidneys and need a ct for its evaluation followed by plus minus stenting Better to meet a urologist asap
