Burning and pain in feet

Asked for Female, 37 Years

My wife has Burning sensation and pain in both feet. She has taken various medicines since 4 months including vitamin injection, anti allergic tablets and lot more. No improvement We also did many reports it saws only thyroid and allergy in blood. She has thyroid since 7 years.
