Burning after urinatiin

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am facing burning issues after urination for the past 2 months. Urine routine was normal. I got urine culture done few days back and Entrococcus Species were detected with heavy growth. I am on Levoflox 500 once a day since than for the past 4 days. Burning issue has reduced to some extent but tip of my pennis is reddish most of the times and sometimes it hurts a bit and give discomfort feeling. Please suggest if treatment is appropriate and how long would this take to heal.
