  4. Burn related. It's swell. pl advise.

Hi, boiling milk got spill on my right palm and fingers. For 30 min I kept in cold water and was having severe burning. Then I have applied silverex - silver nitrate gel but continue to have severe burning on the palm and fingers.  Do not see any bubbles or skin pulled out but I think it's swell.  PL advise.
