Burn on top of tongue
Hi, I am feeling burning sensation on top of my tongue. I don't feel burning if I have food, drink and I feel relax if I have cold water. It will start when I woke up and it gradually become worse. I applied dento gel and took bplex forte tablets around 30days but no use. Its been 2months,. Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this. Regards, Suneel

you might be vitamin deficient hence the burning pain. u need to do a full body check up if u dont improve in the coming days. i would suggest u start with vitamin b capsules. have citrus fruits often. reduce spicy food. make sure ur hydrated(3 liters of water) daily.
