Burn like sensation in back shoulder

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi I am having burn like sensation in my right back shoulder from last 6 month and it last for through out the day and start & stop any time. Have tried 1) physiotherapist advice and his machine for releving the pain but no result. 2)Also tried general physician prescribed medicine no result. 3)Tried exercises but still no result Can you please suggest what should I do and whom I can contact for the solution. Your help will be highly appreciated
