This is Akbar.height 6"2 weight ( 100.600 to 102.800 )
Want to reduce fat from my body and build muscle ... ... ... !
Started doing weight lifting workout from past 15 months ... ... ... !
Before joining the gym i was 118 kgs 15 months back after i start workout in just 4 months i have reduced 16 to 18 kgs without any medicins ... ... ... !
But after 4 months fat burning stopped and my weight is struck from 100.600 to 102.800 even till date i am regular to gym and workout everyday . . . Please help me out
