U need to change your footwear and wear some special braces on foot.
Try wearing silicon based soft sole footwears and the pain will subside eventually within few weeks. But even then if pain persists then consult your nearest Orthopaedic Surgeon

Painful bunions at your age are usually due to foot structure, improper footwear, and excess pressure on the big toe joint, and your body weight (88 kg) adds extra stress while walking. Start by wearing wide toe-box shoes, avoid tight or pointed footwear, and use bunion pads or silicone toe spacers to reduce pressure. Walking barefoot on hard surfaces and long walks in the park should be limited for now. Ice application after walking and short-term pain relief medication can help during flare-ups. If pain persists despite footwear changes, an X-ray and orthopedic foot evaluation are needed to decide whether corrective treatment (including surgery) is required.
