My 4 year old is developing bumps on his legs mostly in the front of his right leg they kind of look like warts in a way but they tend to have some puss like acne. He wears boxer briefs sometimes and uses a 3 in 1 shampoo,conditioner,and body when he bathes and he is always running around outisde. Could it be irritation from the underwear?
