Bumps on scalp
I have bumps/pimples on the scalp from last 4 years.I have consulted a dermatologist couple of years back, the problem was temporarily cured while I was taking medication but it never really got cured.
Sometime it doesn't happen for weeks for it comes back.
It's very itchy and I guess the skin is also flaky.
I have attached the pictures of scalp taken couple of days back.
Can this be cure through scalp lotion and hair care products?

There is lot of excoriation. You have made the pimples raw by shaving.
You need antibiotics and some creams.
Consult online for prescription.
