Appears to b Keratosis Pilaris. A condition that causes rough patches and small, acne-like bumps on the skin. This condition develops when the skin produces too much of a protein called keratin, which can block hair follicles and cause bumps to develop. Keratosis pilaris when dead skin cells clog your pores. Every hair on our body grows out of a hair follicle, so we have thousands of hair follicles. When dead skin cells clog many hair follicles, you feel the rough, dry patches of keratosis pilaris. Creams and treatments are available for the same. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression of the lesions.
