Bumps and rash between fingers on hand..

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi I am asking this for my girlfriend that is in Thailand travelling. In May she got a rash on her left hand between the fingers at the join part of the skin. It started off as three little lumps in a triangle shape and was white. She went to the doctor he said it was scabies and she tried the treatment for that twice and it did not go. She has since found it to be itchy and it flares up if she touches it goes red!! It looks like spots but it does not pop. It's on other fingers now not just 1.
