Bump or white sores on pennis balls

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi I found 2 bumps or white sores on my pennis balls and they are gradually increasing in size and not having any pain but if I pressed intentionally then feeling little bit of pain. Please help me with proper medication and will it cause any issue with sex and all. Please find the attachment.
