Bump on the sole of feet

Asked for Female, 54 Years

My mom had a bump on the sole of her feet from 3 days. It's very painful and she is finding it difficult to walk. Similar thing was there a few months back but it disappeared gradually as she kept her feet in hot salt water. Now again the same thing has come. Please tell me what is it and suggest some medicine for it.
