Bump on my buttcrack

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have a bump ( 1inch diameter) on my buttcrack for past 6-7 days now . It's painful and uncomfortable. Please tell how to treat it . Up till now there's no sign of any pus or any othr thing in it . M female,22yrs old . Also please tell if applying ice or alovera gel would help.
