Bump near shoulder

Bump near shoulder

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a bump near shoulder and it's very soft. When pressed with fingers, it's size reduced as its dissolving and leave a blue maro on that place and somedays after mark will be gone and the size again increases gradually. I have noticed there is sharp increase im visibility when i exercise and after half an hour , it's goes to same state.
