Bump in Skin

Asked for Female, 14 Years

There is a small, reddish hard bump in my cleavage area. It hurts only when pressure is applied. Please keep in mind that I am a 14 year old girl and going to a doctor physically is a last resort and I’m just a young, scared teenager who may be over reacting but is still scared nonetheless. Please help, i know breast cancer is rare in teens and i looked up two types of cyst things and it’s not either of those so I don’t know what to think/do.
