Bump below nipples with puss no pain

Hello Doctor.The other day I noticed a small bump ( like size of a pepper) nd I let it be as I thought its normal. Yesterday I was heading for a bath and I have dry skin so slight dry skin was being peeled by me near the nipple region. To my surprise while I was holding to peel dry skin, from the bump I earlier mentioned Puss popped out with blood
