Bullae all over body

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My grandma was paralysed 2 yr ago due to stroke. But she was fine then from some days she began developing bullae all over body 1 start on hand then it spreads to whole body these bullae have clear fluid and it ruptures and lead to itching. What should I do? Please help my grandma she is in pain
