Bulky uterus and cervix with cystic righ
I have been suffering an lower abdominal pain ,gone through whole andomen ultra sound and Ur R/M on 27/4/2018, my report came with Grade 2 fatty infiltration of liver and BUlky uterus and cervix with midly enlarged and cystic right ovary with internal echoes ,what further treatment I should take, plz guide me thank you
