Bubble bump due to ear piercing

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, My 1 yr old daughter had develop bubble bump at the back of the ear piercing point. Piercing was done 3 months ago. I had noticed the bubble a week back. She is not feeling any pain in it. I would like to know how to treat it? Please help.
