Can i gave pediasure health drink to mg r yr daughter or is there any prblm while dtaming pediasure can i giv pediasure or which health drink is best for child

No medicine or supplement can replace a good healthy balanced diet for good growth. Give 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals. If non vegetarian,give one full egg on alternate days,and red meat atleast thrice a week. For vegetarian diet,milk and milk products,green leafy vegetables and fruits like mango and apples etc are good.
