Good day to you ma'am I understand your concern and I am sure this must be distressing and causing a hindrance in your day to day activities .I shall try to the best of my abilities to consult you On seeing the image and your limited history this wound can have multiple wide ranging differentials like vascular disease, burn, infection, cancer, drug adverse reaction and many more I would like to ask you two questions which may help reach the diagnosis # Have you had any episode of fever? # Do you have any history of smoking, raised BP? However it will need extensive workup to rule out all the other factors and since your age is young it does open the possibility of some rare diseases and conditions After reaching the definite diagnosis we can design the appropriate treatment plan. As this extent of consultation is not feasible via this platform If you feel I can be of better service to you Feel free to book a one to one consultation via practo app Note: I am sorry for not providing WhatsApp contact henceforth due to issues pertaining to Medico legal protection of both client and the doctor One time consultation fee = Rs 200 Follow up consultation= Rs 100 Hope this advice provides you the much needed insight Wishing you a speedy recovery

If no injury before the bruise then have blood tests for CBP, blood film and clotting profile. You didn’t mention if you are on any medications. All the best. J G S R

Hey. How are you doing now? This may be basically bruise caused by blunt force trauma to the body that crushes underlying tissue and damages blood vessels without breaking the skin. So nothing to worry about primarily.
Next Steps
Just to make sure it's a no-worry, look if there's any other such marks anywhere over body, inside mouth, under tongue. No means all is well. To make you utter sure about this, just run blood tests: CBC, PT/INR
