Brownish spots on little area of feet

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello , i have black spots on my feet without an injury / irritation it appears and has not faded yet from last year as the dr. Umang suggested me to take cbc test, so have take up the test and i have good haemoglobin and only the tlc count is little high i.e. 11800. Kindly suggest the way forward Thanks
