Saw this brown spot today on my son's right foot.. worried about melanoma.. he complaint for some pain in bottom of feet few weeks back bt i didn't noticed anything.. he complaint a few more times bt suddenly today I noticed it.. he has pain in it on pressing.. please suggest... nothing came out on squeezing
