I have a brownish/blackish spot on my arm; and I have a friend who is a retired MD, not a specialist or anything, just general practice. But, he said it looked like a foreign body, thus I personally removed "it". However, it wasn't a foreign body, as I didn't think it was to begin with. But either way, it came back. Is this maybe something I should get looked at? I can provide pictures.
