Brown Spots on stomach

Asked for Female, 26 Years

6 months ago i suffered from itching. It got cured on its own. It left some marks on the front part of my torso. Its been 6 months now or may be more and those marks are not fading but they seems to get little darker. Though i have no other problem but very recently i have started experiencing little dizziness. Dont know whether it has to do something with those marks or not. There is no particular shape of marks and it is not itchy neither its spreading. Is it some infection or something else?
