Brown Spots On Neck

My fiance has suddenly developed brown spots on his neck. They are just a part of the skin like pigmentation. They do not itch nor are they bothering his health. What could they be and should we be worried or get it checked? Please see pictures for reference. It has been a few days since he saw them on his neck. They are nowhere else on his body. They also look like a cluster of beautyspots. Not sure how to explain it properly. Please help
