Brown spots in lower part of body
I am facing around 25 to 30 brown spots in my my body specially covering the lower body thigh and legs since last 25 days. Spots are very itchy n cause inflammation. I consulted with a normal physician who said its a fungal or bacterial infection n treated me for 15 days but i am not finding much difference inspite it is getting spread now to my upper parts of the body.
Initially when spots started there were symptoms like puffy eyes, runny nose, fever for a day or 2 , sevier cough, itching etc

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
