Brown spots comes and goes

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My kid is 3yr old.i spotted tiny brown spot on her arms one day and it disappeared after 4 days and again she had this brown spot ( size of a pea) below jawline and again disappeared after 3 -4 days.She does not go out much in sun.Please help me with this problem.
