Brown patches on body

Asked for Male, 28 Years

From last month my husband is having brown patches on skin...nd its grown slowly slowly...earlier also he was having...but it was removed by using neem soaf...but after 2 yrs it started again.No itching,bo burning problem...plz suggest the correct treatment.
