My baby boy is 18 days old , he is having brown liquid discharge in potty . What may be the cause? Please suggest

Most likely it is a normal variation of the stools in the newborn babies . please check out for any mucus that means gum like substance in the stool or any blood particles. if they are not there you can be rest assured. thank you
