Brown bumps on shoulder

Asked for Male, 25 Years

A week back, i went through sexual relationship with one of my friend. It was safe sex as i used condom. After sex, I noticed that my partner had got little, skin-coloured rashes on her thighs. I didn't mind it that time. Now after a week, i have got big brown bumps on my right shoulder. They are painless, non-itchy. Should i go for some STD checks? Or is it normal thing happening because of scorching heat of incoming summer.
