Breathlessness
I got fever few days ago and I took dolo for 3 days. It subsided eventually. I haven't had proper food on those 3 days. From the fourth day I see lot of fatigue so I started eating properly but still lot of fatigue is there. When I stand I feel breathlessness, when I sit or lie down I feel okay but when I stand I feel short of breath and blurry eyes sometimes. Please suggest.

Breathlessness is of multiple causes. Fever followed by breathlessness - lung infection is one of the possibility.. u requires consultation

As you had fever you should rule out infection
