Good morning 🙏 I understand your situation very deeply. At 59 years, it is *not normal* to experience breathlessness while climbing just 1–2 floors. It **may be related to high blood pressure, reduced heart/lung capacity, or age-related weakness**. But don’t worry, Ayurveda has good supportive treatment. --- ## 📌 **What could be causing breathlessness?** * Long-term **BP medicines (Amlodipine)** may cause some swelling/fluid retention. * Possible **weakness of heart muscles** (age-related). * **Sedentary lifestyle** or **excess body weight**. * **Stress, anxiety, financial worry** also affects breathing. * If you have **cough, chest tightness, asthma history**, that may contribute. 👉 Since you were on **Amlodipine 10 mg**, BP must be monitored regularly. Please check your BP once a week. --- ## 🩺 **Ayurvedic Treatment Suggestions** ### 1️⃣ For Breathlessness & Weak Heart/Lungs | Medicine | Dose | Duration | | -------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | ---------- | | *******or ***** | 15 ml with equal water **after lunch & dinner** | 3 months | | ******Vati** | 1 tablet **twice after meals** | 2–3 months | | *****Vati** OR *********Ras** (if wheezing) | 1 tablet **twice after food** | 1–2 months | 💧 *Drink lukewarm water only.* --- ### 2️⃣ For BP Control & Circulation | Medicine | Dose | | -------------------- | ----------------------------------- | | *****Vati** | 1 tablet at night after food | | *****Guggulu** | 1 tablet morning & night after food | (*Continue only if BP is stable with allopathic medicine. Do not stop allopathic medicine suddenly. Combine slowly under supervision.*) --- ### 3️⃣ **Home Remedies** ✔ Daily **boil 1 cup ***+ 1 tsp ***powder + 1 tsp ***** → drink warm in morning ✔ **5 ***+ 2 black ****+ 1 *****, boil in water → sip morning ✔ **Steam inhalation** once daily if chest tightness ✔ Light **warm water massage** over chest once daily --- ## 🔥 Lifestyle * **Walk slowly for 10 min twice daily** (don’t push yourself). * Avoid cold items, curd, banana at night. * Eat **light meals**, avoid oily & heavy foods. * **Sleep early, wake early**, maintain calm mind. * Practice **deep breathing (Anulom Vilom) 5 min morning & night**. --- ## 📢 Regarding Job Sir, I respect your efforts. With your **B.Com & Accounts background**, you can: ✔ Apply for **part-time clerk or accountant** in shops, schools, small offices ✔ Offer **home-based bookkeeping (online)** ✔ Approach **local clinics, pharmacies, Ayurvedic dispensaries** – sometimes they hire senior person as helper ✔ Try for **Temple office, or local housing society account maintenance job** 👉 Also try **Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana / Senior Citizen schemes** for financial support. --- ## ⚠️ When to consult doctor immediately If you notice: ❗ Breathlessness even at rest ❗ Chest pain ❗ Swelling feet ❗ Palpitations Visit **nearest cardiologist** – even govt hospital (free treatment). --- ## 🌟 Final words You have worked hard for your family ❤️. Please do not worry. With proper Ayurveda support, small exercise and controlled diet, you **can reduce this breathlessness within 2–3 months**. I am *always here for you*. Would you like a **2-minute breathing exercise technique** to improve stamina during walking & climbing steps? 🙏 Blessings to you and your daughters. Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.
