Breathlessness after 1 year of pregnancy
My wife experiences shortness of breath sometime after little heavy work (like carrying child/ in stairs, lying on right side, continuous talking). It started after 10 month of child birth (dec 2020). Her hg was 9.7 and a ecg was done which came as sinus rhythm with short pr (PR interval 106ms).We could not follow up with dr because of location change and covid. She took some iron tabs that time. Till now she feels breathlessness almost daily, if she take some big deep breath though mouth, it helps. She feels light chest tightness when this happens. Breathing reduces that feeling. Other than that no  pain or anything in chest area. What should we do next?

ECG is fine, she should take iron and calcium supplements. Also do vit b12 and vit d3
