Breathing problem occasionally

I am a 58 yr old woman. I have been suffering from headache, back ache and leg pain from a long time. For the last 2 to 3 yrs, I have some breathing problem that occurs occasionally (around 4-5 times till now). I had my ECG done and it was normal. What kind of specialist should I refer?
