Breathing issues after afternoon nap
My father is 78 years old. After having lunch, he sleeps for 2 hours, and then he starts having breathing problems. When he takes medicines like Histafree 120 and Predmet 16, his breathing becomes normal again. This issue only happens after his afternoon sleep and not at any other time of the day. I am attaching his chest X-ray.

Since how long he has these symptoms? Does he have hypertension and or diabetes or asthma. His x ray shows prominent hilar shadows, bronchovascular markings and both sided reticulonodular opacities, suggestive of copd or asthma.
