Breathing difficulty
I don't have cough or fever , I am a smoker but it's been 2 months I smoked.I am a asthama patient. M having throat block( no sour throat), chest congestion, slight breathing difficulty , having food nicely , no issues in having food.Little bit of tiredness.I taken just a x Ray , pulmonologist told there is no sign of any infection also.

As u r. Not having fever & x ray chest is also normal, most likely it is not infection. Your throat block & breathing difficulty is due to seasonal allergic which cause mucus plug in ur wind pipe & this is causing all the problems u have

Steam inhalation will help. U need mainly antialllergic tablets & mucolytic syp( for the thinning of mucus plug so that u can cough tot out easily & get relief)
