Breathing difficulty
I am 32 year old,115 kg weight and height 5'11",one night suddenly feel shortness of breath.and it's continuing.sometime feel like suffocation and sometimes can catch my long breath.no cough no cold no fever..heavyness in left side chest sometimes.and feeling pressure in chest.blood report are normal.only ESR 48.bp 130/90.why feel this.any heart and lung issues.really scared.help
