Breath holding cry

Hello doctor, My daughter is 15 months old. Weight is 8 kg. For small injuries, if we reject something , she is crying alot . Some times holding her breath for a minute, then her lips turn blue. What should we do. , Is it a serious problem?

NOT serious ......look for haemoglobin .....u have to stimulate him to cry ........
