I am 24 years. I am 82kgs. I delivered to a baby via c section on January 27 2022.
My breastmilk is only 10 ml and not increasing at all. I
I am expressing through manual pump and my milk is only 10ml that is not sufficient for my baby and giving him formula milk.
I am using galact granules and lactare tablets to increase milk but not increasing.
My baby latches for 1 hour and cries for milk and then i am giving him formula milk.
Whenever he is in sleep for more than 2hours I used to pump with manual pump and get milk only (10ml).
What are the reasons for not increasing my breastmilk.
What is the diet to increase my breast milk.
I am drinking lot of water (5litres). Taking garlic and drinking fenugreek water and eating fenugreek sprouts and drinking zeera water but my milk is not increasing.

Add sabudana, almonds (soaked overnight) in the diet. Increase your protein by including fish, chicken (if veg include plant-based protein like tofu).. seeds like chia seeds and flax seeds increases the milk production.
