Breastmilk
I am 24 years. I am 82kgs. I delivered to a baby via c section on January 27 2022. My breastmilk  is only 10 ml and not increasing  at all. I I am expressing  through  manual pump and  my milk is only 10ml that is  not sufficient for my baby and giving  him formula milk. I am using  galact  granules and lactare tablets  to increase milk but not increasing. My baby  latches for 1 hour and cries for milk  and then i am giving him formula milk. Whenever he is in sleep for more than 2hours   I used to   pump with manual pump and get  milk only (10ml). What are the reasons for not increasing my breastmilk. What is the diet to increase my breast milk. I am drinking lot of water (5litres). Taking garlic and drinking fenugreek water and eating fenugreek sprouts and drinking zeera water but my milk is not increasing.

Add sabudana, almonds (soaked overnight) in the diet. Increase your protein by including fish, chicken (if veg include plant-based protein like tofu).. seeds like chia seeds and flax seeds increases the milk production.

Hi, The milk supply could be less initially for some women after C-section. There are certain foods that can help you with lactation, in addition to the ones that you are having. Sabudhana, fennel seeds, drumstick, oatmeal and a few more.
Next Steps
If you could share more details about which region you are from and your dietary habits, we can discuss a detailed nutrition plan to support lactation and provide you all the essential nutrients that you need now. You can contact me through the clinic.

first of all don't let the baby suffer because of insufficient breast milk, give her formula milk, in diet increase the intake of milk and milk products, and consult personally to get yourself diagnosed for the problem.
