Dear parents ,      When baby suck the nipple a stimuli go to brain (pituitary gland) from there prolactin harmone &oxytocin harmone is released. Prolactin increases milk production &oxytocin harmone releases milk. So to increase milk production, a positive feelings &total concentration while feeding is necessary. Milk contain 80percent water, so adequate hydration in your body is required. Drink adequate liquids before &during feeding.
