Hi my 5 weeks baby is not latching properly. I was taught how to do in hospital. I was breastfeeding and giving express milk. Previously was using nipple shield now trying to wean it off from 2 weeks but he's not latching crying alott and not drinking milk. He has jaundice even now and dr has suggested weight gain and drink plenty of milk. Now wat should I do ma'am ?

First Relax Feed breast milk by putting her on breast. If shield is not required, you may not use but must continue breast feeding. Follow hygiene. Follow burping after feeding on one side.if direct from breast , he is taking feeds , very good. He will learn to suck breast.
