My 7 days old breastfeeding baby has not passed stool from last 48 hours though baby is being feed 2 hourly . Moreover , the baby has developed acen under neck .

Acne photo would have been helpful.
Below 7 months child can pass motion once in 7 days also, so it is normal. Nothing to be done.
