I am a breastfeeding mom of 6 months old girl.lost both my parents and once or twice a month I get panic attack n anxiety..can I take alprazolam 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg when I become unstable..it's not a regular use but only when I become unstable.is it safe for my baby as m breastfeeding..if not how much time gap should be there between medicine intake and breastfeeding.pl help me doctor

This drug,since you're taking it occasionally,will not harm the baby.
Still,all drugs taken by you should be taken ONLY after informing the doctor that you breastfeed.
