Breastfeeding and low black ache
I am a mother of 4 month old child who is on exclusively on breastfeeding.i gave developed severe backache with spasm want to know which muscle relaxant is safe during lactation as paracetamol is not helping

Correct your posture. Take calcium and iron supplement. Use local muscle relaxant first like relaxyl ointment,?then take tizanidine tab if not relived use L-S belt or consult a orthopaedic spl. Avoid heavyweights lifting. Sleep in a hard mattress.
